FAQ
-
How many people can compete on a team?
-
Your team may consist of 5 or 6 people total, but you are limited to 3 men per team. All team members MUST be 16 or older and sign a waiver.
-
-
Does everyone on my team compete in every event?
-
Not necessarily! There are 8 events, and most will use 3–5 players at a time. However, every team member must participate in a minimum of 3 events, so plan your lineup strategically — scheduling will be part of your challenge!
-
-
What if someone on my team gets injured?
-
Teams of 5 have no room for alternates, so if someone becomes unable to compete during the event, you'll be short a player. This is another good reason to consider a team of 6.
-
-
What are the events?
-
We're not telling! The challenges will be kept a surprise until the day of the competition. However, we can tell you that there will be 4-8 events testing a variety of skills from physical prowess to intellectual expertise. Each event will be set up in a relay race or obstacle course style. See Rules & Requirements for detailed scoring information.
-
-
How much does it cost per team?
-
$300 total (So that's $50 per member for a team of 6 or $60 each for 5.)
-
-
When is the entry fee due, and how can we pay it?
-
Entry Fees are due by May 2nd, 2026 to Bryan Burton.
-
-
Will second and third place teams receive cash prizes as well?
-
YES!
-
-
Can my family and friends come to see me compete? How much does it cost?
-
YES! It is 100% FREE to watch and support your team!
-
-
Is it too late to create or sponsor an event?
-
NOPE! Contact Bryan Burton for information at 219-869-9538.
-
-
What should we wear?
-
Dress appropriately for movement in whatever weather Indiana decides to throw at us! You are encouraged to express team spirit through matching t-shirts and accessories, but please dress modestly as this is a family-friendly event. (i.e. please avoid short shorts, overly form-fitting styles, see-through articles, etc.) Rubber cleats are allowed; Metal ones are not.
-
-
But what will we EAT???
-
There will be food and beverage trucks at our event for everyone to enjoy! You are also welcome to bring your own picnic lunch, but all fairground rules MUST be followed or you will be disqualified. (NO Alcoholic Beverages Allowed.)
-
-
Can we bring a canopy?
-
Teams are allowed to bring a canopy and create a staging area for their team. Designated area on site map. See Rules & Requirements for more information.
-
-
What is the schedule?
-
When times are finalized, we will post an updated schedule as well as sending a copy out to each team. However, important times to note are:
-
7:30 - Check-In & Roster Finalization
-
-
-
What if there aren't enough teams to hold the event?
-
While we hope that doesn't happen, a minimum of 10 teams must register for the event to take place. In the event that we do not reach the required number of teams, all teams will be offered a refund if desired. The cash prize payout also increases based on total number of teams, so spread the word!
